Why subscribe?

I want to make self-care more accessible. No marketing, no jargon, no forcing you to follow a set routine.

Instead, you’ll get insights into what’s worked for me, what my routines are and how you can adapt them to your own lifestyle. Coming from a tech background, I’ll also be able to share some of the advice that’s helped me overcome burnout, remain stress-free and build better habits.

Who’s it for?

The stories that get published here aren’t only applicable to men, but you’ll find that most of the content will be focused on helping men become their best selves.

If you’re a woman, you’re more than welcome to join! Perhaps you could share some of the ideas with your male relatives/friends/partner, or even just use them yourself if you’re curious!

Who am I?

I’m Sajjad and although I work at a tech company, I also write on Medium about topics ranging from history to personal development.

I created a publication because I noticed that there weren’t any articles about men’s self-care or men’s health at all. My hope is to bring it to the forefront by growing the publication out and publishing high-quality content.
